Order Cancellation

An order can be cancelled at any time BEFORE artwork approval and production begins at no cost. Once production begins, there will be a charge for any product that has already been produced and the cost for Setup.

Refunds

If your order does not meet specifications or your approved artwork, a full refund is available if you choose not to have us produce and ship a corrected order.
