Quick Price Quote

As soon as you email us with your product specifications; product type, quantity, artwork, print process and shipping methods, we will send you a price quote usually within a few hours.


Create Artwork

If you don’t have your own artwork, we can provide FREE design services for all of our products. Download product design template blanks from our website and design your product – or – email your specifications such as color and design size. Our designers will create the artwork and virtual E-proof, and forward it to you for your approval. Once you have approved the artwork, made the payment, production begins for your order. If you have your own artwork, please email a vector .ai or .eps file and we will format it into our template for your approval.


Privacy Policy

We make every possible effort to keep all of our customer information confidential. We will never sell or share customer information with outside parties.


Secured Shopping

You are shopping, browsing and downloading design templates from a SSL secured site. Regardless, we cannot guarantee your protection from malicious hackers. We only use secure payment services such as PayPal, Square Cash, business check, certified check and Bank Transfers for large orders.

If you receive products that did not match your per-approved artwork and/or specifications, we will reproduce your order until we satisfy the approved artwork and specifications.


Pricing

We work hard to give you the lowest possible price for a quality product. When you send us your order specifications and artwork, we then send you a price quote based on number of items, printing process and materials. We strive to offer some of the lowest prices in the industry.


Track Order

Once all artwork has been approved, production is complete, and orders ship via the most efficient international carrier, we email a tracking number to all customers so you can easily track the progress of your shipment


Production

Standard Production: Upon your approval of artwork by your customer and pre-payment, your order is placed in queue for production at the factory. Once production starts, you can expect your order to arrive between 8 to 12 business days.


Rush Production: For additional charges we can expedite the production process. Charges are determined based on the quantity and complexity of the logo, message, color and the imprint method.


Shipping Options

All standard shipping is at no extra cost to our customers, which in other words is FREE. We will use the most expedient international shipper possible based on the size and weight of your order. We use FedEx, DHL and UPS. With standard shipping you will receive your order in 5 to 6 business days after production. For an additional cost, we also offer expedited or rush delivery where your order arrives between 2 to 3 business days after production.


Order Tracking

Once your products ship, we will email you a tracking number, so you can check the progress of your order.
